Leukemia in childhood in Korea has been investigated by several authors. However none of the attempt of radiological studies with conjunction to the clinical course. An autopsy case of transposition of the great vessels which was found from a male caucian newborn has been presented. Inspite of intensive care with symptomatic treatment, cyanosis and congestive heart failure were developed progressively and the newborn has died on 23rd day after birth.
